Strong for Someone

Roche Philippines has launched a new advocacy calledwith the goal of inspiring and strengthening cancer patients and their families by creating a nationwide community that can serve as their support. 

Strong For Someone aims to unite cancer patients, their families, doctors, government institutions and relevant organizations to form a community of support in the battle against cancer.

This is a multi-stakeholder campaign that aims to provide cancer patients and caregivers with access to information on disease awareness, treatment solutions, funding sources, and emotional support. 

Through this online community, patients and caregivers can also learn about Roche's Patient Helpline,app/website, and Go Fund Cancer, all of which can help make their cancer navigation journey easier.

With Strong for Someone, Roche hopes to foster strength in a network of communities by using various platforms to increase cancer-related awareness, including disease awareness, treatment solutions, funding sources, and emotional support. 

These platforms include videos and an interactive community page that will showcase cancer patient stories of survival, serving as an anthem of strength for patients and their loved ones.

These channels will also serve as sources of information, engagement, and connections between patients, doctors, support groups, and institutions that can provide financial assistance.
